The Labour Broker:
Is a talent manager who acquires client of specific industries, fulfills labour brokerage requirements using talent acquisition, assessment and management strategies and ensures client and employee satisfaction and retention through relationship management.
Labour Brokerage Management
  • Develop and implement strategies to build and maintain a database of quality talent of various career levels.
  • Employee records management
  • Coordinate and manage onboarding programmes
  • Payroll administration
  • Ensure all benefits are administered as per contract (e.g Health insurance, commissions, transport etc)
  • Design and implement employee engagement strategies e.g. monthly site meetings with workers, training coordination etc.
  • Employee relations management
Business Development:
  • Market Empower Labour Brokerage services to generate new business leads using a medley of creative business development activities relevant to our brand.
  • Building and maintaining relationships  with clients whilst developing a good understanding of their companies, industry and work culture

Required Skills or Experience

  • The Right Attitude!
  • First degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Psychology or any related subject
  • At least 2 years in HR operations and talent management
  • Solid and demonstrable administration skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise, multi-task and manage time effectively
  • Proven ability in the use of MS Office to an advanced level, particularly in MS Excel and MS Word
  • Should be able to work with little or no supervision
  • Must understand the impact branding and brand compliance on project and company success and credibility.
