The COO will be responsible for  increasing  operations and tapping emerging markets and opportunities with banks, Telco’s, remittance partners, agents, super agents and subscribers
 
 
 
Job Description COO:
 
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is responsible for leading and managing a comprehensive array of services and programs. The COO supports the work of the company’s chief executive officer focusing on the establishment and optimization of day-to-day operations in the company. 
 
 
 
Responsibilities of the COO:
 
1. Advise the management team on key planning issues and make recommendations on important business decisions.
2. Strategic planning and resource allocation
3. Establish operational processes/ process improvement
4. Ensure quality control of all company output as pertains to customer acquisition and delivery of services
5. Ensure all department heads are fully informed of operational objectives
6. Set operational and / or performance goals for each department which are aggressive, achievable and tied to long-term goals
7. Establish and monitor performance reporting systems
8. Monitor department performance against performance goals to ensure that
progress is being made
9-.Conduct regular meetings with department heads to ensure that priorities are
clear and coordination is good.
10.Ensure activities comply with organizational requirements for quality
management, legal stipulations, and general duty of care.
11.Facilitate resolution of issues between departments.
12.Take charge in high-priority crisis.

Resolve Complaints
A key part of a customer service assistant’s job and possibly the most important responsibility is handling complaints. As the public face of the company, the customer service assistant must listen to a subscriber’s problem and deal with it efficiently, calmly and politely. 
 
Escalate Inquiries
Sometimes it is necessary to hand an issue to someone more senior to deal with. -Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded

-Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
-Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
-Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned

Requirements
