About the role

The Finance Manager will be the responsible to provide quality financial management and planning in the Country program. This role will ensure compliance to all relevant Government, Donor and Christian Aid policies, procedures and guidelines as well as timely and quality financial reports as required both internally and externally.

The Finance Manager will be accountable for the implementation of defined areas of work within the Finance function including people’s management.

About you

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic candidate who can work with both internal CA staff and external donors, audit firms and government departments. You will need to be proactive, solution-focused and have strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. You will be a team player, able to establish good financial controlling system across CA Ethiopia office.
