Job Description
Assists the Restaurant Manager in directing and organising the staff In Room, Dining and executive Floor Lounge to ensure first class service, assist food & beverage offerings and marketing to maximise profits and guest satisfaction. To supervise and work as part of a team to ensure that the customer experience is optimised whilst high standards are achieved in the provision of food and beverage services.
