Job Function

• To review and approve the specification, design and supply (by contractors) of instrumentation and electrical equipment onshore/offshore production facilities, ensuring that it meets project objectives, industry standards and best practice for safety, reliability and cost.

Key Responsibility Areas

• Selection of the best technical/economical solutions and products for instrumentation systems and electrical equipment.
• Instrumentation C8 overall design integrity and compliance with international standards, company guidelines and engineering best practices.
• Instrumentation and electrical equipment design and/or detailed engineering design.
• Preparation of ITT documentation and bid technical review for instrumentation.
• Review of contractors instrumentation and control systems design.
• Technical instrumentation support to commissioning an production start-up.

Candidate Specifications

• Engineering degree (Electrical engineering) or equivalent
• Extensive Oil & Gas Industry experience
• Several years of instrumentation and electrical experience (with a few years experience at a senior level
