| JOB PURPOSE |
- Work with the Head of Quality to ensure quality control, quality improvement and quality management across the organisation.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

ü Performed compliance audits and maintain accurate records in line with IATA regulations and the Company’s policy and procedures
ü Work closely with relevant government organizations including the GCAA and International Aviation Authorities
ü Head the audit team members from various departments on assigned projects
ü Handle Quality and Safety Management Systems audits.
ü Provide an adequate incident or accident report that can be submitted to the Insurance Company for claims
ü Design Quality, Safety and Risk management systems
ü Responsible for Airworthiness Review Certification. |
| EDUCATION & QUALIFICATION |
ü Degree/Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering from a reputable Institution
ü Knowledge of Embraer/A319-20 is a plus
ü No less than 5 years’ work experience as aircraft engineer
ü Certified Aviation Quality Auditor Certificate is a plus
ü A sound analytical and report writing skill
ü Knowledge of investigation techniques in aircraft incident/accident and ground occurrences
ü Knowledge on international legislation on flight safety, human factors, risk management and accident investigation |
