Job Description
  • Receive & make calls / visitors promptly & politely
  • Maintain call, visitors & contractors log
  • Prepare admin budget
  • Prepare admin monthly expense report
  • Manage staff HMO status
  • Monitor & track staff / client birthdays
  • Monitor & track all vehicle documents validity
  • Monitor & order office supplies
  • Maintain staff attendance register
  • Monitor and compile staff list due for appraisal, confirmation, leave & benefits etc
  • Forward incoming mails and information appropriately
  • Proper & accurate filing of all documents and correspondences
  • Assist in carrying out all duties delegated by the line manager.

  • B.sc or HND in  Personnel management or any other related course
