Job Description:
Reports to the creative Director/COO
Handles creative projects of the company and assists the creative team in developing ideas
Meet with the account management team to discuss clients’ requirements
Be involved in digital strategy
Conducts periodical brainstorming sessions for the creative team to help them understand the working style and the project requirements
Attend meetings with the clients to know their requirements
conduct presentations for the creative team to help them understand the client requirements
Coordinate/oversee all the activities of the creative team
Give presentations to the clients to pitch ideas of the creative team of the company
keeps track on the status of projects and motivates the employees to complete the project on or before the set deadline
Update the creative Director on progress of all projects / briefs in-house
Skills Required:
Ability to analyse the market and bring potential clients to the company
Ability to develop evolutionary ideas
Ability to identify skilled individuals and bring creative workforce to the company is essential
Possess good marketing skills and managerial skills
Must have highly creative writing skills and presentations skills
Organized and should have ability to prioritize their tasks and meet the deadlines
Should possess ability to create a positive work environment and motivation amongst the employees
Computer literacy is very essential. Should be able to work with various operating system technologies, Adobe Photoshop, Power Point, Illustrator, Flash, etc.
Experience with various web technologies is an added advantage
Must have thorough understanding of art advanced technologies used in creative development
Should be comfortable working in different work environments and should believe in team work
Requirements
Multinational agency experience-minimum 5 years’ experience, ideally with some award winning work in portfolio
Digital Experience necessary
Energetic, passionate and dynamic individuals
Should be able to do conceptual work
English as a primary language
