Job description:
Candidate should fit the following profile:
Fluent in English, French and/or Arabic is a plus
Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint is a must
Excellent organizational skills
ISO 9001 / ISO 22000 working environment knowledge
At least 20 years experience in the QSR industry at managerial level, including at least 10 years at Managing Director level in a QSR firm of at least $50 million revenues or 500 employees
Sales / Marketing background preferred
African experience is a plus
Primary Responsibilities:
Report directly to shareholders, some of which are active directors of the company
Optimize and manage corporate organogram of the company, including specific departments organization and establishing clear communication channels
Sustain same store sales (SSS) growth of at least 6% per year
Ensure at least 10 new points of sale are rolled out per year within agreed budget
Prepare budgets with CFO
Organize regular management meetings
Manage relationships with investors and shareholders
Manage relationships with third parties and governmental bodies
Responsible for driving brands success

Total Package of $400,000 + Incentive, comprising of:
$300,000 net cash in hand per annum
Housing with a permanent staff
Personal car with driver
International health cover
2 round trips to home per year for self and for spouse (if applicable)
30 working days paid vacation per annum
Incentive on basis of $75,000 net per annum
