In this management role you will responsible for Leading, Developing and Coaching your team to successfully imbed a solid customer service experience with the aim of achieving business targets.Through your leadership focus you will ensure your team develops technical competency in financial services, whilst maintaining an energized and committed work environment.You will be passionate about developing business partnerships that support your local community and have proven mortgage lending experience in a retail banking environment. As a Heritage Employee you will have access to a wide range of employee financial and lifestyle benefits and services.
Heritage Community Branches are established in partnership with the local community and provide a full range of branch products and services to customers and as a joint venture, branch profits are then distributed to assist in supporting local community charities, associations and projects.
