Operation Secretary at European Commission Humanitarian Aid Department

The European Commission Humanitarian Aid Department (ECHO) is seeking and Operation Secretary who will provide secretarial support to the Regional Support Office Operation section in close collaboration with the other sections of the office.

Minimum Requirements:

Advanced level in secretariat duties.
Minimum seven years of relevant experience in secretariat position.
Working experience with international organisations an asset.
Fluent written and spoken English, French an asset.
Good knowledge of office IT applications.
Required skills: Accuracy, dynamics, high level of initiative and organisation, strong motivation, friendly worker, willing to accommodate different tasks in a flexible way, good communication skills, reporting capacities and ability to meet deadlines.
