PURPOSE:

Women for Women International is a non-profit women’s humanitarian organization with rapid year-over-year growth, significant media attention and proven success in achieving our mission – including winning the prestigious the Conrad N. Hilton humanitarian award.

Sponsorship Operation Department manages the process of sponsorship of one woman at a time and drives revenue through recurring contributions. The department relies heavily on metrics to measure and drive efficiency, quality and performance. As part of the Sponsorship Operation Team, the Operation Analytics Coordinator will report directly to Database Analytics Manager and be a key member of maintaining donor database integrity and continuously improving toward data-driven and efficient business operation.

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

    * Update and maintain integrity of Women for Women International donor database, including daily data import, cleansing and validation, developing data QA methods.
    * Interface with all departments to understand reporting needs and create and execute reporting to meet those needs.
    * Provide end user support including periodic training and maintenance of the database manual.
    * Prepare and publish updates regular reporting for management as needed.
    * Prepare and publish ad hoc analyses such as organizational overall stats, Customer Service function metrics, expense reporting, and Google analytics.
    * Assist in creation of revenue and operation analytics, including Sponsorship Program survey results
    * Assist in identifying and effecting operational improvements based on data trends within current processes and systems
    * Assist in new system testing and change management
      Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS and SKILLS:

    *

      Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Public Administration or related fields
      Entry level position with a minimum of two years experience in data analysis role within a business operations department or organization
    *

      This position is subject to and must pass a background check.
    *

      Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel and/or Access, and familiarity with other productivity and presentation applications.
    *

      Strong analytical skills, comfort with numbers, aptitude and willingness new analysis methods
    *

      Strong verbal communication and technical writing skills
    *

      Must be willing/able to take on tasks with minimal supervision
    *

      Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented
    *

      A commitment to Women for Women International’s mission and vision
    *

      Interest in learning the inner workings of a growing non profit
      Interest in the mission and programs of Women for Women International
