About the role

Located in the Middle East team based in London, the role leads the budget planning and financial support for the Middle East team. He/she is responsible for financial reporting, auditing and compliance that relate to partner organisations, including restricted, unrestricted and humanitarian funding. The job holder assists programme staff to support partners in programme financial management. The role works closely with programme teams and provides management information reporting on all donor funding within the region. The post also leads on the implementation of the enhanced due diligence procedures and provides guidance and support to all programmes implementing enhanced due diligence in the Middle East. He/she will help support partner organisations in financial capacity building through training.

About you

You must have in-depth knowledge in Finance and Accounting, and preferably have experience with International NGOs or with financial institutions. You should be confident to work in a large organisation with multiple partners. You must have knowledge and experience in using accounting and management-based software. You must have a knowledge and mastery of Microsoft Office suite.
