To handle all Customer Care interactions (Walk-in) by providing consistent standards of service to ZAIN, prospective customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
To respond to all customer contacts by identifying and meeting customer needs, recording and resolving queries, in accordance with the pre-defined standards and measures, working within a team that is focused on providing quality service.
May resolve simple and basic administrative support issues. For more complex issues are escalated to the Branch Managers. Operates under general supervision.

Customer Service/Partnership Manager

Duties and Responsibilities for the candidate includes;

Primarily responsible for maintaining effective customer service for all internal and external customers of the organization.
Supervise and train customer service representatives.
Manage all media relation issues of the organization
Manage and ensure smooth relationship with the government and regulatory agencies
Manage relationships with partners of the organization such as funeral palours, mourges, hospitals, insurance companies as well as corporate organizations to generate more business.
