About the SDET Opportunity

We seek a highly motivated Software Development Test Engineer to play a key role for the InfoSpace India team.
Required Skills

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

* Work with Developers and Program Managers and help validate the software solutions produced by the team and help develop stable and reliable products

* Innovate and strive for excellence while providing a superior customer experience

* Write code, test plans, test cases and participate in code reviews

* Help design and support build automation, continuous integration, unit testing, system testing and load testing

* File bugs, pursue resolutions and subsequent regressions

* Understand the configuration of the system and support deployments

Required Skills, Education & Experience

* Self-motivated candidate with passion for details and an analytical mind

* 4+ years of experience in systems specifications analysis, testing methodology, test plan formulation, regression testing, white box and black box testing, testing user interfaces for consumer software, functional/features testing, testing process flows and using bug tracking tools.

* Understanding of how consumers search and surf the web.

* Experience in developing or testing consumer web software.

* Experience in writing automated test (using Visual Studio test automation, NUnit, JUnit and scripts (using shell, perl, python) for functional and performance testing.

* Experience with white box testing using Java or C# is preferred

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills desired

* B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech/MS from an accredited university
