* Building up System for CAC business Sustainable growth of Branch in Future
* Focusing to accomplish Regional CAC business establishment goals
* PSI and Long term Stock Management
* Execution Marketing Activity base on 3 months rolling plan
* Keep complete Model Line up to fit in to different needs of the customer
* Focus on Hit Model Sales
* Weekly Report
Responsabilités
* Planning & Execution of Sales/Marketing
* Sales strategy, events, sales promotion & exhibition
* Marketing Communication
* Identifying new opportunities & market
* Customer Networking
* Understanding of Gathering & Analyzing Market information
* Understanding of Pricing Strategy with the understanding competition
* Network based Business model
* Achievement of sales targets
* Management CAC technical issues
* Stock Management
* Relationships build up with key accounts & major customers
* Protecting Brand Identity
* Checking sales & marketing progress
* Monitoring competitors’ strategy & product portfolio
* Motivate sales staffs
* Demand forecasting and sales planning
* Monitoring the activities from production to sales by SCM support
* Monitoring After sales service
* Arrangement of time to time Training for Technicians for better understanding of our Technology.
* Product launching program with competitive promotion plan
* Enhance Product training
* Enhance In-store communication
* EOL management
* Price guideline management
Qualification et experience
* Degree in Business Management or Marketing.
* Minimum 5 years of Marketing / Business Development / Sales experience in relevant industry.
* Capability to read new trend & specification which consumer would head for in region personal relationships
* Regional Product launching capability Cross Functional Leadership
* Detailed Product Knowledge of all product range
* Smart, sharp, aggressive with pleasing personality & quick decision making ability, with proven track records
* Sourcing of new buyers with good negotiating skills with corporate clients
* Dynamic, result-oriented and able to deliver and achieve sales target
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
