 •Planning and coordinating Board Meetings, Board Committee Meetings, Management Committee Meetings and Annual General Meetings and taking minutes thereof

•Advising the Board and Management on Legal issues affecting the company.

•Ensuring that all statutory filings and records are up to date with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) and National Pension Commission (PENCOM)

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS

•Bachelors degree in Law.

•He/She should be Called to Bar

•Additional qualification will be an added advantage

 •Minimum of 7 years post call experience preferably with experience in secretarial functions.

•Applicant should not be more than 35 years of age.
