Legacy Pension Managers Limited (“Legacy”) or the (“Company”) is a private limited company incorporated in Nigeria on the 7th of April 2005 with the sole objective of carrying on the business
of a Pension Fund Administrator (PFA) as defined under the Pension Reform Act 2004. Legacy has a license from the National Pension Commission to carry out business as a PFA.

 Planning and coordinating Board Meetings, Board Committee Meetings, Management Committee Meetings and Annual General Meetings and taking minutes thereof
Advising the Board and Management on Legal issues affecting the company.
Ensuring that all statutory filings and records are up to date with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) and National Pension Commission (PENCOM)
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS
Bachelors degree in Law.
He/She should be Called to Bar
Additional qualification will be an added advantage
 Minimum of 7 years post call experience preferably with experience in secretarial functions.
Applicant should not be more than 35 years of age.
