Effectively manage and coordinate all activities of the units within the operations department (Customer Care, Call Center, Collections & Schedules, Enrollment/Data Processing, Benefits Administration).
•Ensure that internal and external reports are prepared on time.
•Ensure integrity and security of contributor database
•Management of archive (contributors particulars)
•Timely reconciliation of schedules and payments.
•Producing statements for contributors.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS
•Bachelors degree with major course work in Business Administration, Accounting and/or Social Sciences.
•Additional qualification will be an added advantage.
•Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible operations preferably in banking or pension fund administration.
•Analytical skills.
•Process management skills.
•Innovativeness
•Applicant should not be more than 40 years of age.
