Job description

In our Gas and Power division, we are looking for a general business practitioner.

You will work in the following areas :
- LNG sales and purchase agreements.
- LNG regasification terminal construction, investment, capacity reservation and related services.
- Nuclear and/or combined cycle power plant construction, investment, operation and related services.
- Gas & power market regulation in Europe and/or the US.
- Antitrust-competition law.

Required skills

Education
Basic and graduate legal training in at least two jurisdictions in one or more related areas of law:
construction, project development, market regulation, nuclear law, anti-trust.
A general business law practitioner with at least 3 years experience in most of the areas above.
Experience
A general business law practitioner with at least 3years experience in most of the areas above.
Skills
Adaptable to legal practice in other business law subject areas and in multicultural environments.
Availability for frequent business travel.
Committed team player at ease in a multicultural environment.
Complete fluency in written and spoken French and English is essential (including experience of legal drafting in both languages), with a preference for candidates who know a third language.
