CSP (Customer Service Point) Representative for company retail shops
Responsibilities include:
- Sell and provide quality customer service and support to subscribers and prospective clients.
- Offer efficient & effective after- sales service
- Provide the subscriber or prospective client with requested and necessary information according to company policies and procedures.
- Educate subscribers and prospective clients with regards to the products and services offered
- Resolves billing or service complaints and refers grievances to designated departments for investigation. Follow up the progress
- Be constantly informed about competitor’s products and services (strengths and weaknesses)
- Investigate, study, learn and use all of company’s products and services
Candidate Profile:
Qualifications required
- 1 or 2 years experience in sales, or customer focused position
- Basic PC literacy skills. Basic proficiency in word processing and spreadsheets
- Understanding of services and products
- Able to deal effectively with a variety of personalities.
- Able to maintain confidentiality as related to subscribers data
- Able to adapt to changing circumstances
- Basic knowledge of GSM technology and services
- Fluent written and spoken Greek and English

2.Infrastructure Administrator
Mission/ Core purpose of the Job:
• Supporting users in the day to day PC and networking problems they may face.
• Is responsible for setup and maintenance of Servers, Network Equipment, PBX and all other related peripherals and also software.
• Will follow all written procedures that he will be given and follow the instruction of the Technical Support Manager
Responsibilities:
- Respond to user problems
- Server installation (both hardware and software), network equipment installation and configuration, network design and implementation
- Fine-tune and re-provision systems for improving security and performance
- Take traces for troubleshooting network issues
- Install or repair required cabling concerning network or PBX infrastructure.
- Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of computers, servers, network
equipment, software and peripherals
Education:
Bachelor degree in Computer Science, MIS, Electronics/Computer Engineering
Experience:
1-2 years experience in information Systems, providing support and experience in allocation of responsibilities

Mission/ Core purpose of the Job:
Key person responsible for answering customer/prospective customers’ queries and complaints, solving customer problems over the phone and ensuring that the customer is satisfied.
Responsibilities:
1. Answering within the first ringing customers’ enquiries and solving / escalating, through the customer care management system , customer problems
2. Registering all calls to the customer care management system
3. Providing the caller with requested and necessary information according to company policies and procedures
4. Informing subscribers and prospective customers about existing and new products and services
5. Work within defined systems and processes. In addition, suggest improvements in his/her working areas
6. Giving feedback to his/her supervisor
7. Reports to his/her supervisor any alarming complaint
Education:
High school Education
Experience:
Work experience with Customer Service, Call Center
Knowledge:
- Basic computer skills (high level in Excel, Power Point).
- Knowledge of GSM technology and services
- Fluent written and spoken Greek and English
