DISTRICT SALES MANAGER
A district Sales Manager will be responsible for supervising and co-ordinating a team of sales representatives in a given territory. He is also expected to generate business through good marketing skills, which will attract patronage from customers. He should have good personal and communication skills, understand the elements of sales and should be able to work and manage others. He or she will report to the RSM

Qualification:
BSc or HND in Marketing, Business Administration or any of the Social Sciences.

Experience:
At least 5-7 years relevant experience in a similar positions. He/She should possess a valid driving licence

AGE:
Not more than 30 years

SALES REPRESENTATIVE

A sales representative will be responsible for executing the company’s sales strategy in his/her territory to achieve the volume and market share target. He or she  should be able to work independently to promote, sell and represent four group brands in a professional manner. He/she will report to District Sales Manager

      
Qualification:
BSc or HND(Second Class Lower) in Marketing, Business Administration or any of the Social Sciences.

Experience:
At least 2years relevant experience in a similar positions. He/She should possess a valid driving licence

AGE:
Not more than 26 years


OPERATOR MECHANICS
Qualification:
Trade Trade I & II or City&Guids(C&G) Part I or WAEC Technical or OND Mechanical

EXPERIENCE: 3-5 Years

AFE: 25-30


INSTRUMENTATION TECHNICIAN
Qualification:
OND Electrical/Electronics

Experience: 3- 5years

AGE: 25-30years

FITTER MECHANICS
Qualification:
Trade Trade I & II or City&Guids(C&G) Part I or WAEC Technical or OND Mechanical

EXPERIENCE: 3-5 Years

AFE: 25-30

Qualification & experience

* The successful candidate must have a minimum 4 -5 years experience in HR practice.
* Membership of the Chattered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria essential.
* Manufacturing especially fabrication experience would be a distinct advantage, as would exposure to a well structured environment.
* Thorough knowledge of Programme Planning, implementation and evaluation principles, practices and procedures
* Should have good analytical and numeracy skills.
* Good supervisory skills, ability to provide reasoned advise to superiors and ability to motivate subordinate staff.
