Job description
We are currently looking for qualified young engineers keen on hands-on international experience with operation departments in several Exploration Production subsidiaries around the world (in Africa, the Middle East, Asia, the Americas, etc.). Duties will span the following.

- Process sizing and streamlining
- Production management
- Installation-alteration request processing
- Technical audits
- Technical discussions with partner firms
- Inspections (pressurised systems, etc.)
- Maintenance (rotating machines, etc.)
- Installation-work monitoring
- Field development studies
- Management and monitoring (budgets, staff, etc.)
- Instrumentation
- etc.

These on-the-ground jobs will involve travelling to onshore and offshore production sites and provide a first glimpse of the challenging and exhilarating world of oil exploration and production.

VIE positions will also open the door for successful candidates to apply for permanent positions working on the Group’s oil batteries.

VIE Positions are available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28. More information regarding the VIE programme (including salary rates) can be found on www.civiweb.com.
