Job Description
Coordinate, manage and monitor work process at various development sites
Implement departmental and organizational policies and procedures to maximize output.
Development of strategic plans for operational activity Implement and manage operational plans as well as operational reporting.
Role would require a good mh of project management and civil engineering know how
The right candidate would have at least a first degree and experience that has had him/her work in the construction industry.
Ideal candidate must be a self-starter and be able to work with minimal supervision as well as being result oriented.
Qualifications and Experience
OM would oversee the company’s operations and or involvement with other companies on its development projects. This would also include the administration and management of the companies’ development objectives and policies.
Candidates must possess:
B.Sc/HND in selected fields.
Membership of an appropriate professional body
Minimum experience of 8 years in a related field.
Remuneration
Minimum starting Salary for this position is NGN4,635,103.56/pa and other related benefit.
