  • The Enable Nurse is primarily required to act as an ambassador for Pfizer by providing the required service to Patients & relevant Rheumatology and Dermatology practices and to promote the Pfizer image and values of the organization. Key Performance Outputs:• Following strict protocols in the process of assisting patients• Patient support and education in the private and public sectors• Home visits – assisting patients with injection techniques• Assist patients in timeous access to their medication through accurate process management and communication to all relevant service providersCustomer relationship building:
    • Customized support tailored to suit each practice’s needs, and thorough knowledge of systems and procedures per practice
    • Attending trainings, local meetings and relevant patient days in accordance with each regional requirement.
    • Adherence to all procedures & protocols as well as expectations of patient database – CEP (Customer engagement Programme) to ensure smooth running of the patient programme
    • Develop comprehensive working knowledge with Courier Pharmacies and other stakeholders
    • Individual to demonstrates knowledge and understanding of current health issues and trends in the pharmaceutical environment and the implications for the Pfizer business
    • Ensuring patient confidentiality at all times in keeping with the act
    Minimum requirements:• Qualified Nursing Sister, currently registered with the Nursing Council of South Africa• A valid driver’s license and trustworthy vehicleTechnical & Behavioural Skills and attributes:
