Key Responsibilities
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
•Gather and generate production figures and technical data to prepare reports.
•Analyse performance trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement within operational procedures.
•Analyze operational costs and generate budget reports.
SECONDARY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
•Write business justifications and expenditure requests.
•Process review and documentation.
•Generate and update status of objective action plans.
•Document meeting minutes as/when required.
•Record project status updates and reports.

Who we are looking for
Either I
Education: A Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university in a field directly related to the administrative, management or fiscal duties of this class.
Or II
Education: A two degree or higher from an accredited college or university in a field directly related to the administrative, management or fiscal duties of this class.
And
Experience: Two (2) years of experience in business process analysis, major computer system implementations, change management, large group facilitation, and/or major analytical or research studies.
Or III
Experience: Five (5) years of experience in business process analysis, major computer system implementations, change management, large group facilitation, and/or major analytical or research studies.
Knowledge of:
•Software including presentation, spreadsheet, flow charting and word processing applications;
•Procedure development and methods for testing business functions within systems;
•Project team development using, facilitation techniques, analytical studies, change management and conflict resolution;
•Time management and organizational skills;
•English grammar, punctuation, spelling and usage.
Ability to:
•Perform duties independently under general, minimal supervision within specific assignments;
•Research, analyze and make recommendations on administrative, management and procedural practices and other complex business challenges;
•Analyze, evaluate and integrate business processes and procedures;
•Apply creative thinking in the use of case management systems and development of business processes;
•Write logical, comprehensive, concise reports and correspondence;
•Communicate effectively orally and in writing using language understandable to management and employees;
•Acquire subject matter expertise in the functions and activities of the department or other assigned work unit, including applicable laws, rules, regulations, procedures and technical operations;
•Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships;
•Apply technical competency with strong computer skills;
•Develop and document processes and procedures;
•Handle multiple and parallel projects;
•Effectively represent the unit to other company entities.
