Design Monitoring and Evaluation Advisor (West Africa)
Do you have a passion to use your knowledge and experience in design monitoring and evaluation to help bring an end to global poverty? This is an exciting new role to support Tearfund’s programmes across West Africa. This role will help to increase the scale and quality of programmes, ensure impact of various programs is captured, and that learning is disseminated within and outside Tearfund.
We are seeking a dynamic individual to support the development and implementation of country-level strategies. The successful candidate will have experience in:

Managing, monitoring, and evaluating activities in large scale, institutionally funded programmes

Extensive strategy development

Coaching and mentoring skills

Extensive training and facilitation
All applicants must be committed to Tearfund’s Christian beliefs. This position is fixed term for 2 years with possibility for extension.
Location: The position can be based in any country in West Africa where Tearfund has a registered office and the applicant must have the right to live and work in the country. Applicants must therefore possess a valid passport/visa stating the right to live and work in one of these countries.
