DATA QUALITY MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATE

– Support the rollout and implementation of all quality management initiatives (processes, artefacts, projects etc.)
– Serve as a subject matter expert on data standards, principles and guidelines
– Participate in quality management meetings and working group activities as assigned
– Responsible for communicating and conducting info-sessions with data stakeholders on quality management initiatives, processes and others artefacts
– Responsible for developing and managing the quality managing registry and issues triaging process
– Collaborate with business subject data custodians to improve data quality processes across data producing systems
– Responsible for leading the resolution of anomalies according established data governance processes
– Support the development of methods for monitoring ands reporting on data incidents, compliance to data standards & principles and other KPIs across business areas/units
– Serve as data quality assurance expert on operations or projects introducing changes to enterprise data landscape or architecture
– Research and analyze implications of quality issues identified and escalate where necessary
– Ensure that all data operations are aligned to the enterprise data strategy, data initiatives are synchronized where possible
– Build strong relationship with stakeholders to influence the consistent application of quality management standards and processes across business areas
– Collaborate closely with other teams within the CDO office to ensure consistency and a synchronized approach to all data related issues
– Other related duties as may be assigned
Education Requirements
– Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science preferred / Other relevant disciplines will be considered
Experience and Associated skillset
– 0 to 3 years working experience preferably in data management related roles
– Experience in data quality assurance is preferred
– SQL proficiency
– An understanding of various database platforms is preferred
– Experience with data modeling
– Experience profiling data within business systems
– Exposure to data quality management principles
– Analytical and problem solving skills
– Some exposure to project management principles and practices is preferred
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills
– Strong conflict management skills
– Strong attention to details and good time-management skills
