CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINERS FOR NIGERIA, CHAD,SIERRA LEONE,MADAGASCAR AND SEYCHELLES OFFICES:
The purpose of this role is to impart knowledge on products,processes & systems and skill the role holders on the company’s ways of working and thus enabling them to achieve defined businesss metrics. Customer Service experience of 5-7 years with and preferably a minimum of 2years experience in Telecom Industry and a post graduate qualification required.
