This is a 3rd Party Contract Staff Position
LOCATION: BONNY
The Job: 
 The appointee will provide effective materials receipt, technical inspection, storage, and preservation to support procurement, warehousing and logistic activities.
The duties will include, but not limited to the following:
 Receive delivered material on both direct charge and stock purchase orders (Pos).
 Bulk tally received packages in line with respective manifests.
 Check the quantity /quality of items and label them against the respective Pos.
 Ensure that received direct charge Pos are delivered promptly to end users and submit proof of deliveries to warehouse foremen.
 Open up deliverables PO packages and check them to ensure conformance with PO specifications.
 Report any anomalies observed in package delivered to the warehouse foremen for further investigation/ assessment.
 Ensure that proper tagging of Item codes on checked stock items and locate them appropriately in respective bin locations.
 Ensure that all stock items are preserved through proper handling techniques and recommended methods to maintain stock integrity.
The Person:
The right candidate should:
• Possess an OND in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering obtained at a minimum of Lower Credit.
• Membership of CIPSN is an added advantage.
• Have a minimum of 5 years post graduation working experience of which 2 years should have been spent in a similar position
• Have practical experience in materials recognition and preservation
• Be computer literate
• Not be more than 35 years old
