Director of finance
The Director of finance is another key member of the senior management team, who will lead the finance and administration support function of the organization.
Qualifications:
Professional accountancy qualification ICAN or its equivalent; any further professional qualifications will be an added advantage.
Experience:
-At least 5yrs post qualification experience in managing the finances of an NGO or government department
-Managing financial systems to ensure compliance with international accounting standards (inclusive of internal and external auditing)
-Budgeting for large and complex projects and developing accurate and financial reports to donors
-Line management of small-medium sized teams with strong ability to lead a diverse team
Remuneration:
LENF pays an attractive and highly competitive salary within the NGO sector in the Niger delta. The exact amounts to be paid will depend on the qualification and experience of the selected candidate.
