A group of companies is recruiting a highly experienced Sales &Marketing Manager for one of its new subsidiaries. This position is for a high network individual who has outstanding record of achievements, managing sales & marketing department of a blue chip company, and developing/managing sales structures and controls.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum first degree in relevant discipline Professional qualification desirable Minimum of 8 years working experience. Must have spent  a minimum of 5 years at senior management level in a well structured environment Must be creative and out of the box thinker who can independently drive down with sales functions of the organization

Must possess excellent negotiation, persuasion and communication skills to positively impress large number of customers and associates Have strong analytical, planning and coordination skills to seamlessly
work through with information / data / statistics / business / events with all

Customers and other associates
Must be result oriented and ready to work in a target driven environment Previous experience in health management organization will be an advantage but not compulsory Must be a team leader, discipline, through , presentable endowed with high interpersonal/ relationships management skills Must be able to set up a workable marketing & sales structure with relevant control. This is important

BENEFITS
Salary between N3.6m – N4.2m per annum If you currently earn below N250k month please do not apply
Note; if your experience is one year or two years at different places you have worked please do not apply

In addition to salary, you are entitled to percentage commission on sales (Min. of 200k monthly depending on performance Opportunity to be elevated within the first six months if performance
