Zain Malawi Reporting Engineer - Network Performance

To prepare Zain Malawi Network Performance Indicators (KPI) consolidated reports in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Reporting daily consolidated Senior Management & Group Network peformance reports (Voice & Data) for all designated network elements e.g. Core, Radio and Transmission sections.
Network Systems' raw KPI Data retrieval report automation, documentation and storage (backups).
Assist in performance monitoring systems' administration and maintenance.
Reporting up-to-date network elements worst case performance scenarios and corresponding specified action plan details.
preparation of any other adhoc Network performance reports requested by Management and Group from time to time.

Competencies & Experience:

Education:

Bsc. Electrical/Telecom Eng./IT
Training on MS Office Suite and Statistical Applications

Experience

At least two years experience in Telecommunications Systems
Expertise on Spreadsheet packages (Excel).

Technical & analytical ability
Team worker, methodical & organised
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
