Job description
In a context of development of Oil&Gas in Uganda, supporting local economic development and enhancing community participation into the value chain will be pilars of our subsidiary’s corporate social responsibility program.
Within the corporate social responsibility team, the succesful candidate will lead the community content and local economic development projects.
In particular, he will strongly contribute to:

- Get a deep understanding of the local socio-economic fabric in Lake Albert area

- Identify opportunities for community cont in Total Uganda value chain

- Define objectives, action plan and monitoring indicators regarding community content and local economic development

- Identify other local economic development projects that may be developed in the area or elsewhere, foster partnerships and enhance spill-over effects.

- Identify implementing partners

- Follow-up on planned actions, monitor and evaluate projects

- Define a communication plan

Master’s degree in political sciences, economy, international development, sociology, or IEP, or Engineering degree, or Business school degree
