Job Description 
Provide day-to-day operational administrative activities on main local Transfer & Immigration services
Responsible for the Expatriate Out Cost Recovery
Manage, process and control Pretty Cash expenses for Gamba and Libreville
Assist and communicate to Human Resources team about main Transfer and Immigration processes changes.
Provide support to the whole organization on administration & immigration services
Responsible for the management of First arrival and Final Departure of employee
Responsible for the management of employee(s) Personnel Effects’ (packing, transport and delivery)
Responsible for the administrative management of Pre-retirees and retirees.
Responsible for the update, integrity of National Social Security (CNSS) Personnel data in Shell People
Responsible for the management of staff Social Security Data (CNSS) in Shell People
Provide monthly report and analysis as per business requirements
Responsible for quarterly Manifest
Ensure all Expatriates comply with Immigration requirement
Provide a high quality customer focused service across the organization
Deliver in timely manner, accurate information as required by the organization
Requirements 
·  Master degree/Diploma in an Administrative or Human Resources Management discipline
 
·   Having at least 2-3 years experience in an administrative or Human Resources position.
 
·  Have good knowledge and use of computer software, Microsoft Office products.
 
·  Possess a high degree of organisational & planning skill.
 
· Good communication skills in French and English (written and Spoken)
 
· Well-developed interpersonal, communicating and motivating skills are essential
 
· Ability to work under pressure and interface with Gabon local authorities
