Job Description
- The Sales Executive role is designed and created to achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and market penetration, within an assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively selling the company’s products to customers.
Responsibilities
- Promoting company ICT goods and services to existing and prospective clients.
- Coordinate the onboarding of application users.
- Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction with ICT goods and services purchased, arranging modifications and resolving any problems arising.
- Presenting findings to the technical team to act on.
- Answering any technical questions, the client might have.
- Analyse the territory/markets potentials, track sales and status reports.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability.
- Achieve agreed sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Answering any technical questions, the client might have.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports.
Qualifications and Training Required
- B.Sc or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Social Science.
- Professional qualification
- Certificate of proficiency in Marketing or any relevant field
Required Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong Planning and Time Management Skills.
- Proven work experience as a Sales specialist.
- Outside sales experience.
