Our Training Scheme

Whether your interests lie in marketing, trading, technology, human resources, risk management or any other business area, our Graduate Training Programme will give you everything you need to succeed in an international environment through:


Induction: Classroom training which exposes you to first class facilitators and professionals in the bank who will impart the skills required for optimal functioning in the Bank.


Rapid on-the-job learning: Usually lasts for 6 months and exposes you to the work environment, giving you the required skills and knowledge. At the same time, you will work alongside, and learn from the best.


In-house training: A structured, ongoing training programme that supports continuous development. You will start shaping your future, take on increasing responsibility and deliver work that is of real value to the business.
