Sponsorship Coordinator, Field Support

PURPOSE:

The Sponsorship Operations team is responsible for the successful operation of the Sponsorship lifecycle at Women for Women International, from initial enrollment to conclusion of the sponsorship.

This Sponsorship Coordinator position is focused on field support and includes management of deliverables needed from the field office to process sponsorship enrollments and terminations, and provision of support to the field offices to solve problems, answer questions.

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

    * Communicate with field offices regarding enrollment target numbers
    * Manage delivery of enrollment, baseline and evaluation forms, in order to meet enrollment target and schedules
    * Manage the monthly process of delivering funds to the offices for direct aid payments
    * Track receipt and sending of letters
    * Provide overflow customer service and communication to sponsors, including, but not limited to:
          o

            Responding to emails, phone calls and other requests from sponsors for information
          o

            Preparing and sending individual updates on program participants
          o

            Responding to sponsor requests as needed
    * Identify and suggest improvements to sponsorship operations practices and processes in order to maximize efficiency
    * Participate in the design of sponsorship operations yearly strategic and action plan

QUALIFICATIONS and SKILLS:

    * Excellent communication skills, with a service oriented attitude
    * Exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills and minute attention to detail
    * Familiarity and comfort working within a data driven, results oriented department
    * Bachelor’s Degree (BA, BS) or equivalent work experience
    * Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
    * Ability to make decisions, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
    * Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment and willingness to work additional hours as needed
    * Sensitivity to gender and cultural issues, ability to communicate well with different cultures
    * Experience working with computer database and reporting systems a plus
