Requirements
* Candidate should be a Thai Chef and must possess a minimum of HND/B.Sc/HCIMA (Part B) Catering and Hotel Management with 10 years experience or Lower qualifications with 15 years experience from reputable hotel
* Candidates should have extensive knowledge of menu compilation, Kitchen Organization & Supervision, Commodities knowledge, Food Hygiene, Portion control & Production System
* He/she should be able to handle large functions at very short notice
* Ability to train and impart knowledge is vital to this role.
