Marketing & Product Development Manager
The candidate will be directly responsible for business development and marketing strategy, product development and product management, brand image and communication, customer service and customer care management and supervision. You will identify market - based business opportunities and translate them into products and services value generation;ensure timely and successful development and implementation of product/service ideas to enhance business performance and growth; carry out analysis and market intelligence activities; develop customer acquisition strategies, improve existing savings and loans products to adapt them to potentially increased competition;develop all communications and advertising strategies to accompany brand building programmes and all tactical marketing initiatives. The incumbent must be a holder of B. Sc/HND in Economics, Accounting, Marketing, Business, Finance or other related fields with a minimum of eight (8) years experience in marketing and advertising or public relations for financial sector institutions with at least four (4) years in a Management position with an in-depth knowledge of the low - income market bracket.

Product Managers - Loan
The candidate for this position will have the responsibility of finding opportunities in the marketing of the bank’s products and services. S/he will develop innovative marketing programmes and event campaigns for new and existing products;and develop the product from concept to commercialization. The candidate will develop pricing and package strategies of the bank’s products and services; develop sales tools and training on product knowledge;as well as conduct qualitative and quantitative research with existing customers and potential prospects. The incumbent must be a holder of B. Sc/HND in Business, Banking, Finance, Marketing, Accounting, Economics or other numerate coursework with no less than five (5) years hands-on experience in managing operations, market and research operations in a bank or financial institution and be able to provide in-depth market, industry and competitive analysis.

Product Manager - Savings
The candidate for this position will be responsible for the sales of financial services at the branches or any service outlet. He will also be responsible for identifying business opportunities, participating in market survey studies,constant monitoring of the organization’s niche for market developments and maintaining high standards of customer service. The right candidate for this position must be able to mobilize savings from the market against competing odds, particularly from the high-end savers, directly build and manage the deposits, develop and improve the product mix and competitive value offers to successfully gain market share,and manage and build trustworthy relationships with target customers. The candidate must have the capacity to conceptualize, structure, and negotiate product programmes. The candidate must be a holder of B. Sc/HND in Accounting, Economics, Business, Marketing and any other numerate discipline with the aptitude for a sales career with a minimum of five (5) years experience in private banking, liability generation or retail banking.

Branch Managers
The ideal candidates will provide management expertise at the branch level, giving appropriate and adequate support to branch staff by ensuring that both short and long term branch goals are achieved. The candidate is also expected to ensure a strong portfolio growth and superior loan portfolio, deposit mobilization as well as maintain excellent client service with strong employee morale and branch profitability. The candidate must be a holder of B.Sc/HND in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or other numerate fields with a minimum of seven (7) years working experience in delivering financial products in a financial Institution/ three (3) of which must be at the branch manager level.

Risk and Analytics Manager
The ideal candidate will be reporting to the chief commercial officer and is expected to provide support for the business in identifying operational and market- related risks, improve the effectiveness of collections and recovery processes through the proper use of segmentation and transactional tools. The candidate must have a proven achievement as a risk /credit analyst in a management position in a bank or reputable financial institution. Must be able to analyze risk management reports and provide direction for methodologies to manage risk, review credit portfolio, risks and propose appropriate corrective measures. The candidate must be a holder of B.Sc/HND in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Accounting with a minimum of seven (7) years experience in individual/consumer lending operations in a bank or a micro finance institution. Advance skills in excel modeling, pivot and Microsoft Access is also a key requirement for this position.

Recovery Manager
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the tracking and collecting of loans repayments in arrears; establish and develop effective administration; supervising and monitoring of the recovery plan; develop and implement computerized systems for managing all debts referred to the unit; develop and implement operational procedures for the improvement in the recovery of delinquent loans; draft correspondences and take necessary action to ensure that a notice of indebtednesses is served on every delinquent client;research and resolve clients' queries in relation to payment discrepancies; prepare default judgment in actions for liquidated loans;and work with the branch manager to ensure reconciliation activities are carried out monthly. The candidate for this position must be a B.Sc/HND holder in Actuarial Science, Accounting, Business, Economics or Law with a minimum of seven (7) years experience in a senior position in loan/debt recovery in a bank or financial institution, two (2) of which must be at the management level.

Portfolio Risk Analyst
This is a suppot position to the Risk and Analytics Manager Role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the identification, definition and monitoring of specific risks presented in various portfolio segments. The candidate is also expected to support in controlling delinquencies and credit risk- related losses and participate in tehgeneration of strategies based on risk and profitability models to support credit and marketing activities. The candidate must be a holder B.Sc/HND in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics or Business with a minimum of two (2) years experience in financial analysis and must be very proficient in Microsoft excel.

Report and Operations Analyst
The ideal candidate will be expected to produce necessary reports for the Risk and Analytics manager to carry out its functions and coordinate with IT for data accessing, report automation as well as develop tools for data mining and reporting required for credit business management .The candidate must be B.Sc/HND graduate in a numerate discipline with not less than two (2) years hands-on experience, good knowledge of Microsoft Access and or similar database management software and superior Microsoft excel skills with evidence of formal training in excel.

Recovery Officers

The candidate will be responsible for direct collection of such delinquent loans and paying recovered sums into the delinquent customers’ account and also ensure efficient follow-up of severe cases of arrears of loan repayment; ensure accurate evaluations of the reasons for late payment and maintain up-to-date records and reports of delinquencies. The candidate for this position must be a B.Sc/HND holder in Economics, Business, Accounting Statistics, Law or other numerate coursework with three (3) years experience in debt recovery in a bank or financial institution or debt collection firm.

Executive Assistant to MD
The incumbent is expected to provide proactive support to the MD/CEO’s Office. Carry out all administrative responsibilities for the office of the Managing Director. Arrange accommodation and process travel documents for visiting personnel .Must be a person of integrity and understand the importance of confidentiality of information in all matters pertaining to the day to day running of the bank. Well-versed in the preparation and distribution of board meeting papers and documents. The candidate must have strong written and oral communication skills, good presentation skills and good time management and planning skills;and must be very proficient in the use of all Microsoft office suites. The candidate must be B.Sc/HND graduate in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or other related fields with numerate coursework. Must have more than five years (5) working experience as a Personal Assistant to the CEO in a reputable firm, bank or financial Institution.
