The vacant we seek to fill include:

Position: Customer Services Officer (RSU/ECI V)

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the company’s customers receive adequate level of service, and provide information in response to enquiries about products and services

Required Qualifications and Skills:

A good first degree in Social Science or related disciplines

A minimum of 2 years post-graduate experience in a similar position

Proficiency in handling customer important documents

Sound written & Verbal communication skills

Ability to work effectively and efficiently under pressure with constant interruptions

Excellent interpersonal skills
