Kisii Bottlers Limited, a leading beverage Bottling Franchise of The Coca-Cola Company, is seeking to recruit a suitably qualified professional for
the vacancy of Finance Manager

The incumbent will report to the Managing Director and will be based in Kisii, Kenya.

The main purpose of this job will be to provide strategic support to the Managing Director by leading the financial planning and management processes to maximize profitable growth and shareholder value of the Company.

The Candidate

The preferred candidate should have the following qualifications;

# A minimum of ten years experience in accounting with at least five years management experience Minimum five years of commercial experience
# Excellent track record managing a finance team
# Previous experience working in the FMCG industry in a fully integrated ERP system
# Qualified accountant (CPA, ACCA, etc..) with a University degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines. An MBA will be desirable.
# Must be a member of good standing of a professional body such as ICPAK

Key Responsibilities

# Maintain high standards of financial management and accounting reporting; budgeting and forecasting; working capital and fixed assets management; implementation of internal controls; statutory accounting; tax and compliance to local laws and existing requirements
# Provide value-added financial support analysis to the function heads to assist them in managing projects and Key Performance Indicators to reflect individual and the Company overall performance
# Identify and improve internal control, risk management and reporting system
# Establish routines, tools and frameworks to ensure financial analysis support to brand profitability reviews, new product launches, brand acquisitions, promotion evaluations and other marketing measurement tools
# Help encourage and identify opportunities for maximizing the product revenue-stream to support revenue management
# Provide subject matter expertise for business development initiatives through analyzing opportunities and supporting negotiations
# Support supply chain processes by undertaking financial appraisal of various procurement proposals

The International HIV/AIDS Alliance has developed a new post in the Africa team to manage a varied and interesting portfolio of work.

This new position of Programme Development and Resource Mobilisation Advisor Southern Africa, will focus on resource mobilisation and programme development primarily in Southern Africa but will also provide resource mobilisation support to the Alliance Programmes in Francophone Africa.

S/he will support the Head of Team: Africa on representation, in-region and in-country programme facilitation, new programme development and providing advice on Africa programme related team matters.

S/he will also work closely with the Head of the Resource Mobilisation team to identify and respond to new funding opportunities regionally and in-country and support the development of resource mobilisation capacity in-country.

The successful candidate must have proven experience of accessing funding through developing proposals and reports for a variety of donors including from Government and multilateral sources, and have proven experience of strategising and developing donor relationships.

S/he must also have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Good oral and written communication skills in French are essential.

Management Sciences for Health (MSH) is seeking Tanzanian nationals or international candidates residing in Tanzania or abroad for a proposed position to support an anticipated project in Tanzania.

The Tanzania based project will focus on strengthening and further building district capacity to deliver high quality HIV/AIDS services, with an emphasis on anti-retrovirals (ARVs) and orphans and vulnerable children (OVC).

The estimated period of performance is three to five years, depending on availability of funds. This position is contingent on funding.

Project Director

Responsible for planning, implementation, quality management and supervision of all project activities by overseeing and supervising the work of all the teams on the HIV/AIDS, ARVs and OVC support projects.

Ensure that the project’s support interventions are in compliance with national and international standards.

Working with relevant implementing partners, to monitor the quality of the work of all teams, partners and collaborating agencies implementing support activities under this project.

Ideal candidate will possess a minimum of MPH or advanced degree in related field. Experience in and strong understanding of USAID rules and regulations, experience in managing, designing and implementing HIV/AIDS, OVC and treatment programs is required.
