Internal Audit Department VacanciesSenior Internal AuditorScale XIII (Ref: ADM/01/08/09) 1 PostApplicants must be holders of a degree in Commerce, Business management or quivalent and CPA (K) or equivalent professional qualification.
They must have at least eight (8) years of relevant work experience in a large organization or a busy audit firm, five (5) of which should have been at a level not lower than that of Internal Auditor.
They must be individuals of high intergrity, computer literate and familiar with accounting packages. They must also posses good interpersonal and communication skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparation of specific Audit assignment plans and programmes for the University and also ensuring conformity withUniversity’s acceptable standards, plans, budgets and schedules.
Other duties will include performing audit tests on the internal controls in accounting, administrative and operational procedures.
