1. Flexo Machine Operator Ref: Fmo
The Position Reports To The Flexo Supervisor
Roles And Responsibilities
• Operation Of The Printing Machines To Specified Production Needs And The Set Quality Standards
• Ensure That Correct File Is Selected For Printing
• Monitor The Quality And Quantities At All Times During Production
• Documentation Of All Inputs And Outputs Of Materials And Equipment
• Ensure Observance Of Health And Safety Rules/Regulations At All Times
• Perform Daily ‘Start-Up’ Maintenance And Practice Good Housekeeping
Education & Training
• Minimum Of Ond Printing Technology Or Equivalent
• It Literacy
Work Experience
• Five Years Of Relevant Experience In A Production Environment
Required Competencies And Skills
• Good Team Player
• Good Numerate Skills
• Good Communication Skills
• Good Timekeeping And Reliable
• Initiative And Works With Minimal Supervision
