Living Earth Nigeria Foundation, a leading non-governmental organization which promotes environmental sustainability and participatory development, is recruiting for the following role:


TRAINING & CONSULTANCY MANAGER

Location: Port Harcourt

Requirements of successful candidate:
• University degree in Education, Social Sciences, etc
• A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in translating organizational needs into effective training programs
• Ability to develop training modules and write effective training using original or innovative technique or style.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment as well as work effectively with various levels within the organization as a team member
• Demonstrate creativity and knowledge of current developments in the field of training and development Strong training design and delivery skills are a must along with strong project management skills in a complex environment
• Have a good understanding and awareness of conflict issues and causes as they relate to the Niger Delta Ready to travel within the Niger Delta
• Passionate about developmental issues
