Finance Manager / Assistant Vice President

Job Description:
The successful candidate will work in our accounting team in Group Finance and provide professional accounting services to different business units. The successful candidate will supervise a small team to handle full set of financial books and management reports independently and ensure proper accounting control in place. S/he will prepare month end closing, accounting reports and analysis, support budget and forecast exercise, evaluate business proposal and support ad-hoc assignments.
S/he will work with colleagues from different regions such as Greater China, USA, Singapore and Philippines. S/he is expected to liaise with external auditors, tax advisers and other professional advisers directly. Frequent travel is required. This position demands good level of interpersonal skills and the candidate should be able to deal with people of different background.
Candidate with potential but having less experience will also be considered for Assistant Accounting Manager

Requirements:
- University degree in Accounting or related discipline with qualification in professional accounting body. Previous training in Big-4 and MNC is an advantage
- Minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience, of which solid experience in managing finance operations and internal control is a plus.
- Prior experience in handling overseas and PRC finance matters is a must.
- Excellent in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
- Independent, proactive with positive and hands-on attitude, able to meet tight time line in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational, analytical, leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in computer applications including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Prior experience in Oracle accounting systems is an advantage
