Our client a public quoted Manufacturing Company with its head Office in Ikeja, Lagos requires the services of a dedicated staff with drive to fill the vacancy position below:
Company Secretary (Ref: MCSI)
The Candidate
Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
He/she must be hardworking; result oriented and a good team player.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this position must possess
Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB. BL) from a reputable University with minimum second class honours lower division, a member of the institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of England (ACIS)
The possession of a higher degree or Professional qualification such as MBA or M.Sc or member of personnel Management will be an added advantage
Experience
A minimum of 3-5 years post qualification working experience in a reputable organization is required.
