Description:
The key function of this role is to provide support for the Global Procure to Pay project that is being launched in the UK in Spring 2009. Liaising with the respective business partners (materials and purchasing functions), the role will be required to ensure the timely resolution of invoice errors and other process issues. The role will report to the Procure to Pay – Project Leader during the project roll out and the Plant Controller thereafter.
Responsibilities:
· Support the project leader and the plant controller with the roll out of the project at CGT Stamford – encompassing direct and indirect purchasing· Timely resolution of invoice errors within the Oracle Financial System
