• Management Accountant

Requirements:
- Bsc Accounting With Minimum Of Second Class Upper
- Master Degree In Accounting Will Be An Added Advantage
- Knowledge Of Sage Software Important
- Five Years Post Professional Qualification (Ican, Acca)
- Must Have Worked Or Still Working As A Management
- Accountant In A Reputable Organization, Preferably In A Property Development Companay
- Should Not Be More Than 35 Years Of Age

• Regional Property Manager (Kaduna)

Requirements:
- Should Have Bsc Or Hnd Estate Surveying With Minimum Of Second Class Upper Or Upper Credit Respectively
- Must Be Registered Estate Surveyor
- Must Be Resident In Kaduna And Understands The Kaduna Market In And Out
- Should Have 3 Years And Above Experience In Property, Agency And Management
- Should Be A Member Of Niesv
- Should Not Be More Than 35 Years Of Age

• Agency Manager

Requirements:
- Should Have Hnd Or Bsc Estate Surveying With Minimum Of Upper Credit And Second Class Upper Respectively
- Must Be Resident In Lagos And Understants The Property Market In And Out Of Lagos
- Should Have 3 Years And Above Experience In Property Agency (Especially In Sales & Letting), Valuation And Management
- Must Have Good Interpersonal Skill With Sound Knowledge In Property Market
- Must Have Verified Records Of Sales & Letting Transaction Started And Successfully Completed In Prime Locations
- Must Have Team Spirit, Leadership Skills And Integrity
- Must Be Proactive And Ability To Conclude Transaction Within Shortest Possible Time
- Must Be A Goal Getter
- Should Be A Member Of Niesv
- Should Not Be More Than 30 Years Of Age

• Sales Executive (Abuja)
Requirements:

- Must Have Hnd/ Bsc Estate Management
- Should Not Be More Than 30 Years Of Age
- Minimum Of 3 Years Working Experience
- Post Graduate Diploma In Marketing Or Management An Added Advantage
- Good Presentation And Sales Skills
- Must Be A Goal Getter And Have Vast Knowledge Of Abuja City And Environs
- Must Have Excellent Communication Skills
