I. GENERAL INFORMATION:

II. PRIMARY PURPOSE & FUNCTION:
TechnoServe seeks Warehouse Receipts consultants for potential short-term assignments in various countries in Africa. These assignments will support growth of a competitive, market-based private agriculture sector.

• Technical expertise to identify appropriate models for warehouse receipts in various countries in Africa
• Design of innovative models for WRS

III. QUALIFICATIONS:

• Significant hands-on experience in warehouse receipt programs in diverse parts of the world
• 10+ years' experience developing in competitive commercial agribusiness in Africa
• Experience with finance and storage of smallholder grains
