Our client is a multipurpose co-operative society with its head office in Lagos and branches in three regions of the nation. As a result of transformational restructuring of the society, the client seeks
to recruit outstanding professionals, highly motivated and result oriented candidates into the following positions

General manager

The ideal candidate will manage and provide executive support to the executive committee on the day to day running of the society in terms of its human resources and investments. In addition, he/she will provide strong leadership and direction In managing the contributions of members and will jointly be accountable for the Profit and Loss in business operations.

Qualification, Skills and Competencies
• First degree in management science or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years managerial experience.
• Strong leadership, team building, project management, business development and profit improvement planning skills.
• Sound knowledge of strategic business planning. corporate governance and effective liaison with industry regulators,
• Good knowledge of product development In microfinance banking services sector and consumer multipurpose co-operative business.
• Entrepreneurial drive, strategic motivation and influencing skills.
• Excellent track record of compliance with corporate governance and ethics, Excellent analytical, writing and oral communication skills.
• Banking/consumer multipurpose co-operative work experience is an advantage but not compulsory.
